Added a new entry to my Linux on an HP 6710b log. The new machine is pretty much all set-up now, and I’ve been using it for day-to-day computing without issues for the past week. Big-time kudos to HP for putting together such a great machine, and even bigger-time kudos to Ubuntu and the rest of the open source development world for putting together such a phenomenal suite of software!

Along those lines, stay tuned for more comments regarding open-source here soon… I’m in a giving mood!
